In case of receiving a product with an apparent defect/damage or a wrong  product, or missing items; you must inform us within the same day of the delivery date

Dar Belal will refund if the return or exchange reason meets Dar Belal’s terms and conditions.

The following products cannot be returned/exchanged for hygiene reasons: Sprays, oil, wipes,shower gel, lotion, scrub, cream, face cleanser, and bakhoor, air freshener.

You have to inform us on the same delivery date of your order to make a return or exchange if you change your mind about a product provided that the products are unused and in their original condition with the original packaging should be included with any return.

Please note that the shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made after deducting the shipping fees.

Please note that our working days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.

After inspecting and approving the product, the exchange or refund procedures begin.
