Exchange & Return Policy:
We always strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction by providing a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), and in compliance with Hygiene & Safety standards, please review the policy below:

Exchange & Return Cases:

1- Defective or Damaged Products (Shipping Issues):
• Any defect or damage must be reported immediately after delivery.
• Clear photos showing the condition of the product and packaging must be provided.
• We will cover all shipping costs in this case.

We kindly ask customers to inspect their orders immediately after delivery to ensure any issues are resolved quickly.

2- Change of Mind:
• Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• The product must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
• Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Requests will be processed after inspecting the returned item.
In case of a refund, the amount will be transferred to the customer once the product is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified.

3- Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases:
• Products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Products with tampered packaging or removed original seals.
• Requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date.

This policy is implemented to protect our customers’ health and safety and to ensure that all products delivered are original, unused, and in perfect condition.
